Mô tả công việc

1) Liaisons with local stakeholders:

  • Identify and expand target potential local stakeholders/vendors and other institutions supporting the overseas study services
  • Deal with the local stakeholders for services setting and deliverables
  • Review and update regularly vendors list and products/services/quotation
  • Identify and clear the problems during process

2) Liaisons with clients (schools and colleges partners):

  • Being a contact point during the enrolment journey of VUS Overseas Study Services students and school partners.
  • Update the programs regularly from school partners to current and new students
  • Ensure the requested deliverables from school partners end-to-end during the students enrolment journey

3) Customers (students/parents) support:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure students and parents satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for the smooth delivery of program running to all enrolments

4) Other duties assigned by line manager including but not limited to:

  • Regularly host the pre-departure events
  • Be responsible for satisfaction surveys execution to majority of customers
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in education sector, preferably in the operation roles
  • Should be fluent in both English & Vietnamese
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
