- Develope and implement export sales strategy.
- Seek out and manage international customer sources.
- Have experience in finding International Customers & participating in International Trade Fairs.
- Improve and optimize sales process and handle customer complaints.
- Manage, assign tasks, and train in knowledge and skills (customs, forwarder, tax, ...) for sales staff.
- General management of staff, costs, ensure the achievement of set sales targets.
- Track and update master-data, make weekly and monthly reports to track the progress of completing sales goals. Analyze difficulties and obstacles and offer solutions to improve sales for the following periods
- Thorough understanding of products, production processes and specifics of the metal packaging industry. Coordinate with other departments to ensure production schedule and delivery time.
- Manage, negotiate and implement contract. Monitor sales revenue, inventory, payment progress, contract performance progress
- Keep in regular contact, maintain and develop good relationships with current customers.
- Maintain and develop a database of potential and current customers
- Follow up, manage customer feedback and provide after-sales services. Ensure customer satisfaction to facilitate future sales transactions
- Analyze SWOT of the market
- Graduated from University or higher, knowledgeable about Import-Export, especially about Australian, American and European markets
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position for manufacturing companies.
- Experience and knowledge in marketing for the packaging industry is an advantage.
- Fluent in communication and reading and writing in English, experienced in meeting and exchanging fluently with foreign customers
- Experience in drafting commercial contracts in English is an advantage.
- Knowledge of research, market survey, customer service, international trade conditions, foreign trade operations, etc.
- Experienced in using and managing E-commercial sales platforms (Alibaba, Linkedin...)
