Mô tả công việc
- Collaborate with the design team to understand the vision and requirements for fabric caps
- Research and source appropriate fabrics, trims and materials for cap production
- Develop and maintain relationships with fabrics suppliers and manufactures
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that fabric caps meet the brand's standards
- Create and manage detailed technical specifications and documentation for fabric cap production
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, merchandisers, and production teams, to ensure smooth and timely execution of projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging materials, and production techniques
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in fabric development, preferably in the fashion industry
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Familiarity with the Adidas brand and its style aesthetics is a plus
