Description:

1. In charge of summarizing data monthly/quarterly/yearly reports of trade union activities from Vietcombank branches to report to the Board of Directors, evaluating and giving feedback to Vietcombank branches about the number of performance targets achieved, money spent data, general performance assessment, and also giving solutions and plans for the next reporting periods.

2. In charge of Covid-19 vaccination for parents and children of Vietcombank employees

 - Be responsible for collecting and managing the data of more than 42.000 people who are relatives (parents and children) of employees of the Vietcombank system;

- Be the key member of 10 people who develop Vietcombank Covid-19 vaccination software;

- Work with hospitals and the government in Vietnam to arrange Covid-19 vaccination sessions (such as Vietnam National Children's Hospital, Vietnam National Cancer Hospital, E Hospital, and Vietnam Soviet Friendship Hospital).

3. In charge of Finance and Accounting of Vietcombank Trade Union system -

Summarize accounting figures, make monthly/quarterly/yearly reports and guide Vietcombank Branches to accounting according to Vietcombank’s regulations;
