Business Management at University of Economics at Ho Chi Minh City,
1. HR MANAGER_GREEN LIFE:HR Management:
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the talent strategy particularly
as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Provides support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized,
and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine
tasks in delicate circumstances such as investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and
terminations.
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and
hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles;
collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for
openings.
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development
opportunities for employees.
- Oversees employee disciplinary investigations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and
recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in
human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned
2. HR MANAGER_CLOUDEATS VN: HR Management:
- Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the firm's
mission and strategic vision.
- Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business
operations objectives.
- Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each
business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
- Work with the firm's executive management to establish a sound plan of management
succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the firm.
- Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital
needs of strategic goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are
competitive and cost-effective for the firm.
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition,
career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development,
compensation, and benefits.
3. HRBP_PIZZA VIETNAM (PIZZA HUT): Responsibilities:
- Review job requirements to ensure well-understanding business’s needs.
- Work with line managers to review and update job descriptions and competency based
interviews.
- Work with HR Director to review of recruitment and selection methods and propose changes
for improvement.
- Lead on Recruitment team & corporate with Operation hiring members (Management team,
Team member) for new stores.
- Make a new channel to hire & launch the post job and news in Pizza Viet Nam: Zalo Official
- Maintain & develop PHV’s hiring multi-media: Facebook fanpage, Zalo Official
- Work with HRBP of Head Quarter (in Hongkong) to practice Management Trainee in Viet
Nam.
4. HRBP_JOLLIBEE VIETNAM: Support functional organization development:
- Consult the Head of Unit for future organization aligned with a reference organization chart.
- Support to responsible functions in talent management, Training & development, performance appraisal, to ensure it is aligned with Career & Successor Development plan.
- Review and monitor employee qualification, and skill matrix and give advisory for development.
- Assist the HR Director and the Head of Unit to build up Succession Plan.
- Ensure the effectiveness of interview & selection aligned with business plan
