Team Management (40%)

- Make and implement monthly/quarterly/yearly marketing plans according to the assigned budget.

- Build and manage content, images, and designs on various types of platforms (such as Websites, Fanpage & E-commerce Exchanges).

- Manage Digital marketing, Trade marketing and Social campaigns.

- Create promotional materials such as company profiles, leaflets, catalogues, proposals, sale-kit, POSM, ... for Sales-Marketing activities.

- Working closely with outsourcing agencies such as booking KOLs/ KOCs, freelancers, production houses, printings, cooperations, sponsorships, presses, etc.

- Build and manage a team including Social Content, Social Designer, Graphic Designer, Trade Marketer, and E-commerce.

Brand Marketing (30%):

- Brand building and development (including brand identity guidelines, brand proposition, product portfolio, etc).

- Deploy concept test, packaging design, consumer test, analyze and evaluate the growth potential of old & new SKUs.

- Orientation and management of content, images, and designs of the Company & 4 brands.

Communication (20%)

- Develop communication plans for all platforms and implement Brand, Trade and Sales campaigns.

- Orientation & management of identity, content - design and development of all communication channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Linkedin & Website).

Trade Marketing (10%):

- Build and manage campaigns, events, sale promotion, trade promotion, ... on MT, GT, and HORECA channels.

- Analyze and evaluate market information: product feedback, marketing campaign effectiveness, and trade marketing activities.

2. Content Marketing 2G Co., Ltd 10/2021 - 07/2022 

- Be responsible for content & designs on all communication channels and publications of the Company.

- Participate in IMC campaigns and increase brand awareness to achieve business & communication targets.

- Working closely with outsourcing (booking KOLs/KOCs, freelancers, printing, ..).

Achievement

- Successfully rebranding Vị brand (06/2022): increased the company's revenue by 70% compared to 3 consecutive months. Launching 3 new brands: SnackViet (06/2022);

- Thợ Sấy (11/2022) & Snack OKEELA (08/2023). Mid-Autumn Festival (09/2022): distribute 3000 lanterns (via MT, HORECA, and E-commerce channels), reach more than 320k audience on social media channels, and bring tripled traffic to the website.

- Tet campaign 2023: sold 500 Tet gift boxes, reached ~ 700k audience on social media channels, revenue increased 200% compared to Tet 2022.

- Manage 5 Fanpages with a total of ~25k followers with an average of ~400k-500k traffic per month.

- Participated in an average of 3 monthly events and fairs, bring approximately 50 B2B customers for the company (for MT, GT, HORECA & Export channels).

3. Content Marketing X-DMAIC Digital Marketing Agency 10/2020 - 05/2021

- Build SEO standard content for 2 Websites, 3 Fanpages, 5 Landing Pages of the Company & Clients.

- Collect, analyze and report campaign data of the Company & Clients.

Achievement:

- Build 5 Landing Pages that meet SEO standards. Admin of 3 Fanpages (~ 2k followers/page) & 2 Groups (~5k members/group).

- Produce more than 30 SEO articles (1 article reached the top 1 SEO in 2 months) and 50 blogs on Company and Client websites.
