1. HR DIGEST - HR & Operations Executive
Internal Training program:
- Propose and organize training class by Working closely with external stakeholders (leaders) to plan training timeline,
- Training needs analyzes, desgin training documents building process, and curate content with trainers;
- Prepare operations logistic for training and report after training by data analyzing;
Internal Commucations and Engagement:
- Activate and transform habits of employees about Internal Communications;
- Plan and Manage Internal Communications process and information;
2. Tuc Thoi Service Corp (Ahamove) - Full-time Internship
Learning and Development Intern (HR Dept.)
- Coordinate and facilitate L&D operation activities:
+ Online Onboarding Training course: Plan, and prepare materials (content, slide, proposal, and technical requestion);
+ LnD Policy 2023: Develop content and manage policy;
+ L&D programs as well as talent management activities, including registration and administration (logistic/learning commitment contract, payment, and L&D expenses);
+ [NTUxAhamove] Peak Asean 2022 project: working with partners and consulting whole projects;
- Monitoring completion of pre-course/ post-course and updating the relevant reports;
- Collaborate HRBP team in Job Fairs and Company Tour (Student and Partner);
- Coordinate year end party, internal engagement activities;
3. GIVE IT BACK BY LEAD THE CHANGE - Part time
Senior Human Resource & Engagement Executive
- Leading 5 members as well as managing and implementing LnD and Recruitment activities:
+ Coordinate full cycle recruitment process (pre – recruitment, during recruitment and post recruitment);
+ Audit as well as conducting training and induction: Content, syllabus, logistic and materials;
- Promote and organize engagement and internal communication: Activate culture and maintain internal communication;
4. AIESEC in Vietnam - Local Committees Ho Chi Minh City || Part-time
- Organize five virtual Webinars for customers to ensure they are well prepared before their journeys as Event Manager;
- Run a Facebook group to nurture and engage our customers increases the brand advocacy rate;
- Consult and deliver exchange standards for customers to improve the satisfactory score;
