Main Responsibilities:

- In charge of market development in Hanoi and the North with the company's Booking KOLs product.

- Finding new potential customers through online and offline channels.

- Maintain and take care of good relationships with important corporate partners.

- Plan to use KOLs based on overall plans, detailed requirements of customers to advise, answer, and exchange to help customers get the best effect. Specifically: planning, quoting, executing, reporting.

- Directly manage projects, work with KOLs to ensure progress, handle problems arising with brands and KOLs. Directly monitor and report after each campaign.

- Over watch the campaign, cooperate with other department to deliver satisfaction to clients. . Recognition and Gains:

- Expanding customer network after 2 years: Xiaomi, DGW, SunHouse, CVI, Golden Gate Group, CJ Entertainment, Torano, Vinfast, VinID, VietFuture, Cho Tot, Nutricare, Mini Garden natural cosmetics, Yoosun Acnes ,. ..and has done over 50 large and small campaigns.

- Expanding client network of Vietnamese agencies: Admicro, Gapit, Omega, Microad, Kim Chi, Cleverad, Sm

- Agency, Bizeyes, Ureka Media, Blueseed Agency, Chin Media, Dentsu Redder, and many large agencies other small.

- Expand the network of working with KOLs from celeb to micro influencers on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tik tok and offline channels Team development: guide and support 01 team member in junior position. Ads Account Manager

- Looking for potential partners in Vietnam and abroad, persuading and negotiating the interests of the parties for customers to use the company's services.
