Recruitment Executive

1. Developing recruitment recruitment programs, potential recruitment channels:

- Building and maintaining relationships with job centers, universities, colleges ...

- Managing and maintaining recruitment brand on online / offline recruitment information channels (recruitment websites, Facebook, linked, digital marketing / social media / SEO...)

- Participate in organizing mass recruitment programs

- Participate in professional seminars related to recruiting fields and occupations: HR Day, recruiting community, recruitment seminars. etc.

2. Building and managing candidate resources for recruitment planning:

- Develop and regularly update data, information, resumes of candidates in relevant fields for recruitment

- Assessing the effectiveness of cooperation with other organizations: Universities, colleges, vocational schools, job centers, ...

3. Recruiting personnel according to the approved plan

- Clarify recruitment requirements (vacancies, number of vacancies, requirements for positions), post recruitment notices

- Posting, searching for candidates who meet the number of applications for interviewing / recruiting

- Performing the recruitment of personnel (screening documents, organizing interviews, preliminary examinations)

- Summarize the interview / examination results, implement the procedures for signing and signing for approval of recruitment results

- Notify the interview / examination results to the candidates, follow the admission procedure.

- Updating the candidate information on the recruitment management software, managing the candidate profile (successful and not admitted)

4. Make reports on recruitment results periodically:

- Making reports on the results of creating a recurring recruitment source (year / quarter / month / week) and arising at the request of the Management Board, Board of Directors

- Contract management, payment documents for contractors related to repair andconstruction of the Headquarters;

- Manage, monitor, extend and store records and licenses of the Company;

- Purchase office equipment and fixed asset management;

- Support booking flights, hotels…

- Participate in the preparation for conferences, seminars and general events
