renewal of documents, etc.
Resolve customer’s queries at the first point of contact via offsite meeting,
email, zalo, etc.
Has experiences handle serious complaints to CEO (Mr. Tim Evans) of the
bank.
Serve and assist Walk-in Premier customers at the branches.
Cross sales - premier upgrade, master credit card, mutual funds, new to
bank , insurance.
Extra-support to back up counters and other branches when needed.
