1. SENDO TECHNOLOGY JSC - Senior Recruitment | HR Dept
- Manage the mass recruitment team
- In charge of recruiting all positions at all levels in Back Office
- Analyzing recruitment requirements and making appropriate plans.
- Deploying plans to find and screen candidates, directly organize inspections and interview candidates.
- Coordinate with the Line Manager, related parties to make the appropriate recruitment decision eventually.
- Collect market information, competitors, build potential candidate database.
- Responsible for the On-board process for new employees
- Implement monthly and annual recruitment reports
2. DIEN QUAN MEDIA & ENTERTAINMENT - HR Teamleader | HR Dept
- Under general supervision of the HR Manager performs a wide variety of professional human resource services which may include recruitment/selection, performance reviews, classification/compensation plans, employee relations, health and safety.
- Takes action during Manager's absence and uses initiative and judgment to see that human resource matters requiring immediate attention are handled in a manner so as to minimize the effect of the Manager's absence
- Maintains Human Resource web pages to include posting updated job descriptions, benefits information, employment resources and job current assurances-openings are posted and removed in a timely manner following the closing date.
- Conducts and coordinates the recruitment/selection process including advertising position openings, screening applications; assists departments with scheduling testing, defining selection criteria, organizing exams, tests, assessment centers and interviews. Notifies applicants of selection outcome, conducts employment reference checks and addresses concerns applicants may have about the selection process; develops and maintains job registers by working with Department/Division heads.
- Advises employees and distributes information regarding benefits, compensation, policies and procedures; provides assistance and staff support to departments/divisions as requested; answers public inquiries concerning job openings, employment verification, and general information.
- Assists the Director in coordinating, developing and presenting human resource related training programs to management and employees; creates and maintains detailed spreadsheets used to track personnel data.
- Assists in conducting human resource policy and program research and development projects, including developing research format, collecting data, formulating results, and regularly creates reports regarding employee benefits, personnel changes, and other human resource activities.
- Coordinates and develops employee health and wellness programs while managing-budget assigned to program; ensures all programs are equally accessible to all employees.
- Attends human resource related seminars and conferences, and reads industry journals and magazines to stay current on trends and legal requirements; may maintain active memberships in national and local Human Resource professional associations.
3. BENTHANH TOURIST - HR Executive | HR Dept
- Implement the organisation’s internal communication strategy so that that all employees can find, send, receive, and understand information that is timely, accurate, clear, credible and relevant.
- Perform question & answer to employee regarding HR activities, policies etc.
- Responsible for the communication of corporate information and policies to all levels of employees across the organization.
- Participate in a variety of employee relations activities to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances or collective labor disputes.
- Interpret and administer the organisation’s collective agreements and individual employment contracts so that they are applied in accordance with relevant regulations, laws, and the organisation’s employment policies and standards.
