Support administrative tasks for the senior human resources recruitment
department, including:
- Drafting 1 job descriptions/ day
- Posting job openings on all media channels and recruitment websites
- Screening 3 resumes/ day
- Making up 3 CV/ day according to the company's format
- Storing data in the system
- Assisting the Recruitment Specialists in completing CV to send to clients
- Assisting in sourcing candidates on the company's social media channels
- Internally recruiting a recruitment intern position
- Training new interns on their job duties
 -Performing other tasks related to human resource recruitment as required
by superiors
Achievements:
- Assisted in the successful recruitment of two senior positions: Sales
- Director and Sales Manager
- Successfully recruited a replacement intern
- Learned about positions, companies, and jobs in the industry; evaluation methods, exploitation, and source of candidates.
