2. TTC AgriS - Talent Acquisition Intern

Recruitment:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements
- Post jobs and source potential candidates through social platforms and professional networks (CareerBuilder, TopCV, Tim Viec Nhanh,...)
-  Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Screen resumes and screening call for suitable candidates
- Set up and join the interview with hiring manager

Employer Branding:

- Produce content, mini game and POSM for recruitment events at universities
-  Organize and attend Job Fair/Career Fair
-  Manage TTC AgriS Careers page on social media
