Talent Acquisition (60%)

  • Be responsible for the full cycle of Back Office, Manufacturing and F&B recruitment
  • Conduct recruitment process: job posting, CV sourcing, shortlisting candidates, making interview call, arranging interviews, sending offers, proceeding onboarding procedures
  • Approach passive candidates and persuade them about attractive job opportunities
  • Establish, develop and maintain good relationship and cooperation with recruitment agencies

Administrative task (20%)

  • Prepare procedures to welcome newcomers (Job offer, probation contract & appointment letter for new comers...)
  • Coordinate with office team and related departments to ensure well-arranged onboarding process
  • Support in internal activities of company (company trip, team building, year-end party) 

Accomplishments:

  • Successfully recruited 100+ candidates for various positions in back office, manufacturing, and restaurant within a 12-month period
  • Organized and executed a job fair that attracted over 500 attendees and collected 318 survey participants
