1. HRBP - MANABIE VIET NAM | SEP 2019 - PRESENT
Responsible for overseeing all HR activities for Operations, Sales & Marketing Departments and ensure they’re aligned with business objectives, including:
- Recruit, attract, select the best fit talents for the Division and retain talents.
- Achievement: 15+ HCs filled per month Design & Follow up onboarding program Create, develop & implement HR procedures
- Support managers of the Divisions on employee performance related issues (including performance evaluation, career development, promotion, recognition and rewards, and disciplinary actions).
- Provide Coaching & Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and employee engagement.
- Identify training needs for the Division.
- Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Provide insightful reports and analysis of essential HR data to the management.
2. HR LEAD - CODER SCHOOL VIET NAM MAR 2019 - AUG 2019
- Oversee all HR – Admin tasks
- Check & verify payroll information of staff before sending to Accountant
- Prepare Offer Letters, Labour contracts & other contracts/agreements/decisions
- Create or update internal processes, policies to increase efficiency and compliance
with laws
3. HR OFFICER (SPECIALIST LEVEL) - TNT VIET NAM | AUG 2015 - FEB 2019
- Recruit & Select candidates using the most effective selection methodology based on functional requirements and business needs
- Update & promote referral programs among business functions
- Schedule recruitment calls, intakes, visits and interviews in cooperation with relevant functional management. Identify bottlenecks and provide suggestions for improvement and feed back to line management
