1. Golden Gate Group Joint Stock Company – Northern Branch Department: Human Resources and Training
- Be responsible for the whole recruiting procedure, including mass recruitment (monthly number of staff recruitment request is about 800 headcounts) and office staff recruitment;
- Perform analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the departments;
- Create a sustainable talent acquisition recruitment strategies and techniques;
- Take charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities;
- Motivate employees to be brand ambassadors and plan employee referral programs;
- Sourcing and discovering a top talent for open positions using job boards;
- Design, plan and execute recruitment and selection processes (e.g. conduct interviews and screen calls, administer psychological tests, etc.);
- Review employment applications and creating background check reports;
- Perform employee satisfaction assessments and workshops and recommend measures to improve employee retention;
- Plan procedures for enhancing the candidate experience;
- Lead, manage and supervise members of the recruitment team for evaluating recruitment efforts;
- Create KPI reports.
2. VinBus Ecology Transport Services LLC – The subsidiary company of Vingroup Department: Human Resources and Administration
- Be responsible for recruitment activities (Including Mass and Back office recruitment) at 3 Branches: Hanoi; HCM City and Phu Quoc;
- Develop Recruitment Strategies (Yearly – Quarterly – Monthly), Channels, and Tools to manage their effectiveness;
- Build the proposed recruitment budget in fiscal year and ensure execute recruitment function with approved budget.
- Closely work and consult with relevant Departments to conduct job analysis to select the right person and right job;
- Develop and timely update talent pool, recruitment agencies to ensure all potential candidates could support timely for recruitment requisition;
- Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment procedure for VinBus to ensure the recruitment requisition will be met as plan;
- Follow up and manage special cases of staff movements between departments and subsidiary company of Vingroup;
- Coordinate for new hires join as welcome on board, liaise training for induction; - Work with HODs to update organizational chart;
- Ensure having Job Descriptions for all positions in Company;
- Train and develop HR Supervisor to perform end-to-end recruitment process for non-supervisory level or below
3. Hanoi branch of Red Circle Ltd. Company – The owner brand of Circle K Department: Human Resources
- Closely work and consult with relevant Departments to conduct job analysis to select the right person and right job;
- Develop and timely update talent pool, recruitment agencies to ensure all potential candidates could support timely for recruitment requisition;
- Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment procedure for office to ensure the recruitment requisition will be met as plan;
- Consult and cooperate among relevant Department – HR – Candidate to select the best fit candidate and to reach agreement about contract terms;
- Follow up and manage special cases of staff movements between departments;
3. ADEN Services Vietnam Ltd. Company – Hanoi Branch Department: Human Resources
Be responsible for the whole recruiting procedure;
- To manage the recruitment team: Receive recruitment request, make recruiting plan and assign tasks to each member;
- To search and apply new recruitment methods in order to achieve higher efficiency in recruitment work;
- To resolve conflicts in human relations at projects;
- To conduct Greeting for new employees such as implementing Orientation training, submit related personnel documents, etc.;
