Main responsibilities:
- Build up & take care of my own Clients/Partners' sources (Companies/Candidates).
- Take care of existing Clients of the company: Get Hiring information, handle Contract paperwork, and solve rising risks (if have)
- Do direct recruiting for Clients as a Talent Acquisition: searching, consulting, evaluate & processing CVs.

- Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates.
- Advertise open positions to external networks.
- Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals.
- Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data. Keep in touch with past applicants.
- Use Linkedin to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
- Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role.
