1. FOIS Vietnam - Technical Recruiter ( April 2023- August 2023) 

Main responsibilities:

- Build up & take care of my own Clients/Partners' sources (Companies/Candidates).

- Take care of existing Clients of the company: Get Hiring information, handle Contract paperwork, and solve rising risks (if have)

- Do direct recruiting for Clients as a Talent Acquisition: searching, consulting, evaluate & processing CVs.

- Support Clients in setup & handling interviews & tracking.

2. Recruitment Specialist - Positive Thinking Company January 2022- Octorber 2022

Main responsibilities:

- Find the right digital & IT profiles for our customers through online mining across multiple channels in a fast-paced environment.

- Find the contacts of potential candidates and check their employment status. Create notes and feedback about candidates on the system.

- Be accountable to deliver suitable profiles fitting with our core values.

- Check CVs from job post channels and add notes to the Recruiter. Make sure the Recruiter does not miss candidates who are actively looking for jobs.

- Synchronize with the manager to analyze delivery, commit to upcoming needs and share feedback to help the team grow.

3. Freec.Asia - Recruitment Consultant 

Main responsibilities:

- Work as a Head Hunter.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles.

- Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary.

- Browse resume databases and portfolio sites.

- Create candidates’ profiles.

- Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates.

- Advertise open positions to external networks.

- Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals.

- Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data. Keep in touch with past applicants.

- Use Linkedin to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles.

- Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role.

3. Nonson Store - Sales Staff

- Main responsibilities: Direct selling, customer consulting, cleaning up the store. Recognition and Gains:

- Advertise the store's products to customers.
