provide our clients with a complete solution for service and maintenance contractors

Employee Relations - 60%

- Establish processes for onboarding and offboarding.
- Welcome new members and assist them through policy overview training.
- Build a Welcome Kit in collaboration with the Marketing Department.
- Follow-up about feedback in all probation periods.
- Incorporate with IT Department and Accounting about relative’s task.
- Get feedback from the exit interview for off-boarding.
- Work on employee retention activities with their leader and manager.
- Implement the probation and performance processes.
- Follow up to remind about the probationary and performance periods.
- Follow up to receive feedback during the probationary and performance periods. Collect the assessment and comments.

HRIS (HR Breathe) 20%

- Follow up the Annual Leave and Other Leave in HRIS (HR Breathe)
- Management leave days are accrued according to seniority and the loyalty bonus.
- Management employees’ s information in HRIS (HR Breathe)

Health Insurance 10%

- Handle all processes about guaranteeing and claim money process from health insurance (Petro Vietnam Insurance) and follow up the status.

Policy and Guideline 5%

- Update and notify all update in the guideline
- Create the Q&A Appendix, Warning process/ Appendix Confidential and Prohibit and andparticipate in employee welfare and benefit contributions.

Admin 5%

- Management the English Training Course of employees.
- Cooperate with supplier and schedule the class and report the result after ending the course
with the manager.

STAR KITCHEN is a luxury Japanese confectionary brand that has been established in Vietnam since 2013. Star Kitchen began as a culinary class and has since grown to become a notable brand in HCMC's luxury pastry market.

HR and Admin Specialist

Recruitment (60%):

- Hire part-time and full-time employees as required by the department.
- Set up a weekly recruiting plan. Summary of weekly and monthly recruiting reports
- Oversee recruitment channels (Facebook, Vietnamworks, Career Builder, Timviecnhanh,...)

Admin (10%)

- Keep track of stationery, organize and distribute employee clothes and tools.
- Handle corporate equipment and supplies, doing monthly checks and maintenance. Inspect the equipment's quality once a month and notify the provider if there is any damage.
- Manage work permits, temporary residency cards, and foreign worker reporting at the firm
- Keep personnel records updated promptly.
- Execute a year-end celebration, a monthly birthday party, and team building activities.

Social Insurance (15%):

- Summary of salary accruals for the month for checking by Accountants. Handling employee salary increases, incentives, and allowances. Make salary fund prediction for the new quarter.
- Keep track of benefits (birthdays, gifts, rewards, parking tickets) for employees.
- Overseeing and monitoring labor contracts.

Training and Performance Evaluation (5%)

- Onboard and conduct on-job training for new employees.
- Conduct employee's performance evaluation.
- Review and create monthly KPI - KGI reports

Other (5%)

- Handle the company's problems
- Work-related to preparing documents for importing goods from abroad
- Carry out records to do food safety permits

- Assisting with HR and administration tasks.
- Search and filter the relevant CV for the job to be filled (part-time role), and arrange interviews.
- Maintain timekeeping, manage personnel data, and compute overtime hours.
- Assisting administrative departments with visa applications and temporary residency registration for international staff.
