-Responsible ,build and manage the plant's trategies and aims,kpis....

-I have experienced with performing functions to plan and manage all of the factory activities to suit manufacturing and customer requirements.

-Monitor production schedule and work through line Manager , shitf leaders to make specific job assigments as required to suit production and quality requirements, operating capacity.

-Investigate and resolve operating problems related to materials, quality,equipment, EHS...

-Follow-up open issue through communication with another department.

-Recommend production and quality improvements and efficiencies and also participate with other manufacturing and engineering staffs to implement modifications to manufacturing procedures, processes, equipment.

-Manage the implementation of new capex,new requiments and processes and ensure that implementation meet budget and efficiency expectation.

-Maintain the best operating equipment and ensure the minimum downtime.

- Perform all duties to operate all equipment , all within limitation of standard methods and procedures and in accordance with strict adherence to safety , environmental ,quality and productivity requirements.

-Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition. Ensure safe operating conditions within area of reponsibility .

-Response quality assurance with customers, audit from ISO, IATF ...

-Supplier management, Supplier Audit.
