• Design, setup and manage Cloud VMware, Hyper-V, Virtuozzo, ... with 1000+ VPS

• Perform install, upgrade and manage OS (Windows / Linux), software (AD, DNS, SQL,

MySQL, FTP, Mail, ...)

• Monitor, troubleshoot and maintenance including server hardware, storage, OS, software

• Perform backup, recovery using Veeam, Acronis

• Reserach new product to provide more services to customer

Network Administrator

• Design, setup and manage Network Infrastructure for DataCenter environment

• Perform install, upgrade and manage network equipment, software from Cisco, Mikrotik

• Monitor, support customer to troubleshoot and solve any DataCenter Network problem

• Define network policies, setup firewall to ensure security and connectivity

• Knowledge of networking services and networking protocols (Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Network L1/2/3, Routing OSPF/BGP, VPN, ...)

Other

• Scripting to automate entire working process, system operation, network operation using PHP, HTML, Javascript

• Perform install, upgrade, manage and troubleshoot for 50+ users and 100+ devices including laptops, desktops, printers

• Design and manage customer support process via ITSM tools

• Manage and advise License Legal from Microsoft, Plesk, cPanel Supervisor

• Make recommendations regarding system management, improvements, and enhancements

• Manage and direct existing and new IT projects

• Maintain the integrity and security of all company data

• Maintain, support, and develop all IT-related systems, operations, and services

necessary to ensure optimal performance of company infrastructure
