the wood factory and timber trade and also manage purchasing, sales, customer service
and marketing of wood and wood products.

Main responsibilities
 Oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations.
 Plan and draw up a production schedule and capacity
 Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain
adequate
 Select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance
 Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating
and agreeing budgets with both clients and managers
 Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed. Find solutions and
prevent waste as a way to reduce production costs.

 Organize the repair of any damaged equipment
 Liaise with different departments, teams and companies

 Creating guideline and do training for QC cutting, QC inline- end line, QC finishing
about the Quality Assurance, operating procedure, responsibilities, implementations
and monitoring in the workplace to serve and meet customer requirements.
 Make sure that the quality is met standards of customers
 Follow up top 5 defect every week, find the root cause and make the correct action plan
to reduce defect rate
 Pre-preparation before start bulk production, check the pilot and check first output and
give the comment and guidance to Sewing Dept.
 Follow 6S process
 During 1 year to be Cutting Manager is responsible for planning and managing the
cutting of materials into components for the production of garment products, ensures
the work is done accurately, cost-effectively and within given timescales; manager
plans the work, oversees the work being carried out and makes sure production targets
are met.
 Duties also include staff management and overseeing staff welfare and Cutting Room
Health and Safety protocol.
