Process monthly payroll and salary reports.
Monitor working attendance, absence, leave record....
Mandatory insurance: all duties about insurance for employees and company, cross
check of payment data with the insurance agency.
Heath care insurance.
PIT: yearly PIT finalization, monthly PIT report, register PIT code & dependent, issue
the tax deduction receipt.
Labor contracts: Maintain employee’s profile, make offer letter, probation contracts,
new and renew the labor contracts, appendix, termination decision... for employees
on time.
In charge of following and complying with the records for the audit and internal audit
(BSCI, CBR).
Build and register the Company’s Policy and Collective labor agreements with the
authorized.
Receive and respond the employee’s complaints or suggestions within the scope of work.
In charge of the official letters such as: Proposal letter, Decision, Salary increment letter,
Notices... Administer various benefits & allowances.
Collect, screen applications, organize and participate interview to select right candidates
for the jobs.
Making the annual training plan and monitoring the budget.
Submit all reports to Government office on time.
Admin Tasks:
Car arrangement, booking hotel for guests, ordering stationery.
Worked with the landlord and contractors: car suppliers, security services, office machine
supplier, phone and mobile phone services, ...
Organized Company activities, events, team building...
Estimate cost: monthly cost (outsourcing services, technical maintenance, taxi, car...)
Any other tasks assigned by Directors.
