1. HR ADMINISTRATOR - Kerry Group
Achievements:
- Creating a dashboard template to manage employee database
- Conducting a monthly revenue/cost analysis dashboard
Main responsibilities:
HR tasks:
- Sketching out a recruitment plan to fulfill the headcount demand along with an appropriate budget.
- Processing timekeeping; payroll; mandatory insurance & taxes; personal income tax (PIT) registration & finalization, etc.
- Working with agent to obtain visa, work permit, temporary resident card for foreign workers.
- Preparing and following up Labor contracts, appendix and periodic reports.
- Ensuring the consistency between Circulars, Decisions, Labor Law and company policies
- Liaising with the accountant department to make and present an internal quarterly report, pointing out the pain points, and proposing solutions to solve issues or utilize employee productivity.
Admin tasks:
- Keeping track of receipts of office expenses, reconciling financial reports on a monthly basis, issuing invoices for clients, providing reimbursement to employees for work-related expenses.

Main responsibilities:
- Fully in charge of HR tasks (Keeping employee database, Monthly timesheet and payroll, Annual leave, Social insurance, Staff utilization, Hiring and training, Holding team building, etc.)
- Working with outsourced accounting firm to complete quarterly PIT declarations and annual tax finalization
- Updating regularly Circulars, Decisions and Labor Law to ensure company policies and operations are up to date
- Contributing ideas to improve KPI or motivate sales force
- Completing the registration profiles for new staffs as well as the documents to get severance allowances for leaving ones
- Recruiting and training PG; ordering stationery, POSM (name card, brochure, leaflet, poster, standee, etc.) and gifts for marketing schemes at company booths in SECC
- Performing administration tasks
- Translating and interpreting as needed
- Taking orders from director.
3. Chunho Vina Limited Company - MANAGER ASSISTANT
Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring daily schedule; attending meetings; taking calls and emails on behalf of the manager
- Supporting Purchasing department to seek for suppliers in both domestic and international market
- Hiring & training staffs, making monthly timesheet and payroll, handling compensation & benefit issues
