I’m currently a UX/UI Designer based in Ho Chi Minh city. I like everything that has to do with Web - app design and development, illustration, photography, and love to apply my knowledge about user behavior, psychology and how things work in real-world to design better user interface and experience. I have 2 years of experience working as an in-house UX/UI designer, pixel-perfect design kind, good research skill, fast leaner and quick adaptability on applications and trends. Now i’m ready to take a step further and become the best User Experience Expertise.

1. UX/UI Designer Junior - Hoozing

Work directly with the CTO to finalize ideas and solutions for products

User research: Interview other departments's members ( Sales, Marketing, App, BD..) to learn from their experiences with the products, understand their needs and requirements

Design wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, responsive layouts, graphics, videos... for internal management systems/website/mobile app and to support other departments ( HR, Marketing..).

Collaborate with internal team (Tech team, Marketing, Sales..) to quickly develop products that serve their needs and requirements.

Achievement: more effective user's flow (internal system, website, app). Increase indexes (300% number of requests from landlords, website conversion rates,..").

2. Property team leader - Hoozin

Direct contact person to solve problems and answer landlord’s queries regarding properties and photography.

Support and train team ( landlord’s negotiation, collect images, take photos and retouch ).

Build Image’s standard requirements and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), KPI ( weekly, monthly) for Photo team and Admin team.

3. Interior Photographer Executive - Hoozing

Contact with landlords for apartment’s availability to take photos following daily KPI ( 10 - 15 apartment/ day).

Collect images, take photos and retouch.

4. Rebate Executive - FPT Retai 

Collect and record marketing projects’s documents following requirements.

Follow and keep tracks of the documents verification process.
