1. Operation Manager - MISTER LOO VIETNAM (May 2023 -Sep 2023)
- Mister Loo designs, constructs and manages public toilet facilitiesthrough its tech- enabled service platform at high footfall locations in Asia.
- My main job is to run all business activities of the company, manage all employees at the workplace, and handle all work at branches when it arises. I also manage material warehouses as well as plan purchases for all branches, finding the good and suitable suppliers for our company.
2. Office Manager - NEUMO LLC (Feb 2021 -Mar 2022)
- Main duties: I am responsible for ensuring the basic daily operations in the office will run smoothly, and I work closely with service providers and suppliers to achieve service support at the highest level with the most effective costs.
- Other works: drafting sales contracts (with customers and suppliers) Storage management and related work to manage inventory. In addition, I also participate in monitoring customer and supplier debt to ensure the company's cash flow is always stable.
3. Business Coordinator & Operator - ACE STUDIO (Mar 2017 -Dec 2020)
- ACE Studio is a construction company whose strengths are in interior design and decoration.
- I gained knowledge and experience in the construction and renovation business. I was also in charge of purchasing; sourcing and the coordination of all construction works. I also executed all the Human resource matters for and maintained our accounts and financials.
4. Business Development Manager - TOMATO PROJECTS ( Mar 2017 -Dec 2020)
- My responsibility was the operations manager to lease, manage and maintain a portfolio of 35 rental apartments in HCMC.
- My job is to find sales channels for renting apartments that the company has. I also manage bookings, service contracts, accommodations, manage all the company's facilities, expenses, and other related services.
5. Operator & Reservation Dept- LES RIVES EXPERIENCE ( Sep 2010 -Mar 2017)
- I worked in an operations and administrative position in the tourism industry. My responsibilities included managing our business relationships with freelance tour guides, staff, suppliers, and partners.
- I am proud to say that I built a strong team during my time there. Beside this, I also do my job in the reservation department to answer phone calls and receive bookings from direct guests.
