UNIVERSITY OF FINANCE AND MARKETING
1. TAN HIEP PHAT - ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER - KHONG DO BRAND
Main responsibilities
- Assists in the development of the Brand Marketing Plan by developing and understanding of the drivers of brand growth, brand health, identifying key issues and opportunities.
- Coordinate & manage functions and agencies to execute 3 TVC campaigns and Mua He Khong Do.
- Preparation of product concept for re-proposition of Macchiato Milk Tea brand and contribution of developing communication in launching new product
- Ensure digital assets are aligned with Brand Manager/CMO and meet the timeline for running on digital.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance (Volume, Brand Health, Media performance, etc) daily/monthly to recommend and execute appropriate ways to achieve objectives initially.
- Work closely with agencies (Creative agency, PH agency, etc ) and cross functions to execute brand activities.
- Market visit (GT&MT) to update our product status in term of visibility and retailers feedback, plus tracking competitors activities.
- Follow up and evaluate post-launch for each campaign to conclude key learning & recommendation.
- Monitors budget spend every month and update costing for MA - Evaluate P&L for business cases to have a suitable action as assignment from BM
- Briefing to functions/agencies for new campaign.
- Briefing for design in the development of packaging (TXKD 330ml, Tet Packaging, Summer Packaging,...)
- Understanding NPD process.
- Provide the required administration and marketing support to the Brand Manager/CMO.
- Translate to CMO on the meeting with CEO/ cross-function that using Vietnamese
2. SHINE EVENT CO.LTD - MARKETING EXECUTIVE & EVENT PLANNER
Main responsibilities
- Planning full year marketing activities
- Coordinate with vendor to develop Website as aligned with director and update periodically
- Support director to re-build company portfolio.
- Daily tracking Google Adwords result to measure efficiency.
- Create content on fanpage to maintain awareness and consult to customer .
- Implement marketing strategic of client: email marketing, promotion (design and print flyer).
- Plan and manage event: design invitation letter, banner, backdrop, standee, invited attendance; manage timeline on event, report after event.
- Present event proposal for client.
- Manage and develop relationship with client.
- Managing - maintaining relationship with suppliers such as hotelrestaurant ( Intercontinental, Liberty Hotel,, Stix Restaurant,..), gift, printing.
- Support other tasks
3. THE V SHOW JSC - MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Main responsibilities
- Develop communication plan for Amazing Viet Show program of Van Son Comedian in first 6 months.
- Identify, contribute on developing new business opportunity
- Amazing Viet Show. Pursue and negotiate with agent for corporation.
- Planning agenda/activities in Amazing Viet Show.
- Manage existing business of company, manage stage for rent.
- Completing profit & loss statement for event & PR activities
- Supervising for VPBank sing & dance program
4. FRENCH VIET LUXURY PRODUCT CO.LTD (LA PETITE EPICERIE SAIGON) - MARKETING INTERN
Main responsibilities
Design materials for marketing activities: banner, voucher, standee in fairs, sticker and tag for weeding package, POSM for visibility on store.
- Support BM to develop full year activities.
- Support Brand Manager in developing content & design for "Designed Wedding Gift" fanpage.
- Support sale team in fair/exhibition.
- Manage and develop relationship with partner of company
