- Receive the request from oversea or customer for norminated and freehand shipments
- Input information of shipment on company’s system.
- Sending draft Bill to client for checking
- Submitting SI, VGM on website and checking MBL draft
- Check documents and file E-manifest/AMS/ISF
- Issue debit note to customer for checking
- Receive debit note from shipping line and follow the payment of customer before release bill
- Follow up sailing schedule and update customer and agent.
- Track and tracing cargo and perform shipment related operations.
- Sending pre alerts to agents, follow customers & agents inquiries and smooth handling all sea/air export shipments as per company's standard operating procedure
