HR & Recruitment (70%):

- Source candidates through online channels (Facebook, Linkedin, TopCV, etc).

- Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates for selection.

- Coordinate with Dev department to recruit developers Support the onboarding process for new employees.

- Manage and maintain employee records, contracts, and disciplinary actions.

- Assist in drafting and maintaining employment contracts.

- Building and refining regulatory processes for the Human Resources department.

- Implement company policies related to personnel and labor management.

- Handle employee requests and inquiries regarding HR issues.

- Organize activities to enhance organizational culture and employee satisfaction.

Employer Branding (20%):

- Create and promote activities to enhance employer brand awareness.

- Manage communication channels and social media platforms

-  Coordinate with the Marketing department for consistent branding.

- Redesign the Welcome kit for new employees.

Admin (10%):

- Manage office supplies and inventory.

- Organize internal travel, parties, and events.

Schedule meetings and events within the company.
