- Designing casting and metallurgical models, installing and operating the production plant.

- Producing and supplying precision weighing products or screening equipment, testing particle size of casting and metallurgical materials

- Financial investment and real estate in industrial parks

Position: HR Manager.

Responsibility:

1. Build up Rules, Procedures, Labor regulations and company operated processes.

2. Advise and develop the organizational chart, describing functions and tasks of each department and position.

3. Develop an annual financial plan in the personnel section.

4. Consult, develop, supervise and implement policies for employee assessment, salary policy, effective human resource management.

5. Directly manage and coordinate the handling of policy related to C&B, Social - Health - Accident Insurance, Personal income tax, Union activities, Visa, Apec cards, Temporary residence, Work permit.

6. Organize and implement preliminary, summary, emulation and commendation activities in order to take care of employees.
