NPI ENGINEER (NEW PROJECT
INSTRUCTION)

LG INNOTEK VIETNAM HAIPHONG COMPANY LIMITED
Main responsibility:
- Use 8D, FACA, DMAIC (6 Sigma) to control machine of
process
- Follow build plan and check 4M1E to run sample for
each config into build plan
- Control quality of sample for each build follow standard
customer
- Summary report EBO, MBO, PBO for machine of
process submit to customer
- Explain about concern and claim of customer when need
more data and have problem of process
- Connect with Korean Engineer to refer standard, spec,
parameter and orther change,... when receive new
machine and setup to run sample
- For now, i'm DRI process of project: R33A/R34A,
R41A/R42A, RB3, TK4.

Experience orther:
- I can using measure machines: OMM machine,
sesistivity machine, push/pull test, electron microscope to
ansalysis defect when have issue and control CTQ of
sample.
- I have skill team work with Line leader to ensure
progress of build plan.

QUALITY ENGINEER

FEDERAL - MOGUL (VIETNAM) LTD.
Main responsibilities:
- Using 4M1E, 5W1H, PDCA, DMAIC (6 Sigma) to control,
investigate the cause and make improvements when an
issue occurs
- Management abnormality occurs during production.
Provide a treatment plan to prevent defective products to
customer
- Manage the work of 3 Operator, and handle irregularities
in 3 shifts
- Making standard inspection and work instruction
- Hold meeting with ME Team, Production Team daily to
clear abnormal of 24 machine, claim concern from
customer
- Connect with Accounting Team, Purchasing Team,
Planning Team to ensure delivery time, production plan,
materials according to FIFO rule.

PROCESS ENGINEER
Jun 2020 - Jul 2022 (Full-time)

LG DISPLAY VIETNAM HAIPHONG COMPANY LIMITED
Main responsibilities:
- Using QC7 Tools, PDCA, DMAIC (6 Sigma) make daily
report, weekly report and following supervisors request.
- Using system MES/MAS/MDW control data about Yield,
YRT and history machine.
- Control ISO 9001:2015, internal audit and correspondent
with third party
- Quality control sample product when setup new line and
new model
- Improving machine, handling, material,... with each
module to decrease defect rate . I was working with 8
Project/Module: D878, D847, D846, X1080, D852, D854,
D205, D280.
- Daily following defect rate, YRT and hold meeting with
orther department analysis reason if defect rate abnormal
increasing and summary report view with Part Leader and
Section Leader explain the reason to clear issue.
- Making standard inspection and SOP
- Contact with orther department to control all problem
when line run and clear problem as soon as possible
Experience orther:
- I can using measure machines: microscope machine,
temperature and humidity machine, ESD machine, 3D air
flow machine paticals machine ionizer light intensity

condensed water and reuse the boiler feed water.
- Reuse washing liquid of later stages, used for the first
stages of the production process.
