Warehouse as.supervisor

• Be responsible control stocks in the warehouse of raw materials, nish goods and scraps
• Control activities in the warehouse daily: receiving, storage, delivery, transfer and shipment
• Organizes & arrange work for members, suppliers, 3PL
• Control and ensure smooth operation of warehouses in dierent locations
• Building in the new warehouse: locator, racking, manpower, goods, vehicle, ERP, tools..
• Optimize employee workflow and process
• Maximizing space use within the warehouse
• Organize to Receive, repair and maintain pallets from the department
• Training, guidelines for employees
• Work with other departments to handing jobs
• Ensure inventory goods and year-end inventory 100%
• Ensure planned delivery of goods for production like the schedule
• Ensure planned shipment
• Make sure goods are physical and ERP
• Ensure safety and 5s
• Ensure employees do according to the rules of the company
• Report to Manager

• Organize the receive and delivery of goods in the accessory warehouse with over 2000 items
• Setup the warehouse : layout,racking,area,location,stock card..
• Arrange and manage the members

• Work with the contractor of the loading and unloading unit to ensure that the goods are imported and exported on schedule
• Coordinate with sales and transportation department to handle the work
• Planning, directing and supervising the periodic disinfection and fumigation
• Monitor inventory and Send warehouse report data to relevant levels
• Ensure goods in stock, avoid loss of goods
• Control quanlity goods and nding solution handling
• Check, sign, and conrm documents daily
