- To undertake all blasting, grinding and painting inspection work with owner representative and paint maker

- Read and understand a coating specification, surface preparation and coating preparation

- To carry out environmental test instrument and inspection equipment for example: test for soluble chemical salt contamination, dust test, profile test, holiday test,…

- Monitor weather and equipment condition during painting, coating operation

- Ensure that paint material are using from approval paint manufacturers with valid pot life

- Ensure that the application of the coating is carried out as per the technical data sheet of the manufacturers and approval painting specification.

- Ensure that the proper time interval between intermediate coats for proper chemical reaction

2. 2. At Steel Builder Co., Ltd & QH Plus Co., Ltd

- To inspect blasting, painting condition for each project and final condition before handover to Packing team.

- Check and record weather condition, coating thickness for each project and make daily report submit to QA/QC manager.

- Check paint material incoming warehouse as per PO

3. At Austal Viet Nam Company

- Review painting drawing and understand project technical specification from the client.

- To undertake grinding and painting inspection with paint maker and QC sub-contractor (Viva Blast).

- Record weather condition, check surface profile, salt contamination and dust test with paint maker, QC sub-contractor before apply coating.

- Check paint materials from the sub-contractor and ensure application of coating is carried out follow product datashee
