Looking for HR Senior/ Supervisor/ Team lead position

1.RISE VIETNAM - GLOBAL ENGLISH EDUCATION - Human Resources Supervisor
- Recruitment: Take care of hiring at Rise with some positions: English Teacher, Designer, Course Consultant, ... Build up network for employer branding by creating careers fan page on Linkedin and Facebook. Create forms to collect and process candidates information. Also using this data to create hiring reports via Power BI.
- C&B: handling Social Insurance, HR admin and employee branding. Rework contract templates for employee, resolve SI cases for company and advise for co-worker about SI if any.
2. TECHIES CORP - HR, Legal, Finance lead
- Conducting all steps of establishing Techies Corp and setting up HR, Finance, and Legal system which compliance with Vietnam Law.
- HR: in-charge all roles of HR area like Recruitment, Training, C&B as well as all dealing with HR matters arising during Company operation process with media own characteristics.
- Finance: recording as well as reporting all Accounting and Taxing data, documents. Making estimates budget and tracking the situation of using it.
- Legal: Consulting all Legal problems during Company operation process. Building operation forms and collaborating with state agencies when have any matters arising
3. TOPICA EDTECH GROUP - Recruitment Executive
- Holding “Employer Branding” events as director role helping increase Candidate resource such as Vietnam Web Summit 2018 in Hanoi, Future Chief People Officers Recruitment event (FCPO), Future International Senior Expert event (FISE), Future International Senior Expert, etc. - Coping with Social criticism relating to Employer Branding.
- Administrator of Jira system _A Candidate Management System creating candidate information management procedure in all position; building recruitment reports and operating recruitment process.
- In-charge entire recruiting processes including post jobs, first interview, onbroad, etc in South Office.
- Successful recruiting all position for Office like Customer services, Sales, Education Advisers, Event Executive, Training Executive, Recruitment Executive, etc.
- Generating recruitment reports basing on Microsoft Power BI; Microsoft Excel Pivot, Query.
4. SAIGON CO-OP - Recruitment officer
- After 6 months worked as recruitment officer at Saigon Co-op, I recruited about 90 staffs for North Representative office of Co.op Food and 4 Co.op Food stores in Ha Noi capital. Besides that, I advised and convinced BOD to improve the benefit of staffs based on actual labour situation. I also created new labour sources by cooperate with goverment and private organization for Ha Noi and HCM market fields.
5. INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTING CO., LTD - Executive Tax Advisor
- Worked as outsourcing accountant at global company. My tasks are prepare monthly Tax reports, research and answer questions from customers about Tax law, Business law, Customs law. Furthermore, I made monthly budget report, commercial contract, collect import documents from oversea company and freight company and prepare for any requires from Tax Dept, Customs.
6. HOANG GIA INDUSTRY AND SERVICE JSC - General and Tax Accountant
- Prepare Tax Reports such as: VAT, PIT, CIT and sent to Tax Department. Furthermore, I completed Consolidated Financial Statements. Daily, I recorded transactions from invoices and bank statements after that, I wrote invoices for customers and asked them to pay. Sometimes, I made some Excel tables with requirements from Chief Accountant to help his to analyse and manage some functions in company.
