• Responsible for all activities & resolve issues about the export shipments.

• Scheduled and coordinated future shipments and deliveries :

1. Calculate volume of the cargo and plan FCL/LCL shipments fit to container or truck to minimize the shipping cost.

2. Worked with almost famous Forwarder and carrier : MSC, APLL, ONE, Hapag-Lloyd, Evergreen ... to check vessel schedule and quotation of them then choose the best schedule for factory, place booking on FWD system and get booking confirmation to arrange shipment.

3. Strictly follow buyer's SOP to avoid any problems.

4. Worked with warehouses, brokers, customs and transportation professionals to ensure on-time shipment .

5. Prepare & keep shipping document as buyer and customs required ( Invoice, Annex, Customs sheet, PL, FCR, CO...)

6. Make payment to FWD, 3 PL and others party.

7. Others task assigned by manager…

• Using SAP and some others internal system.

• Used to handle export shipments for VF corporation buyer, Brook, Adidas, Toray...to market USA, Canada, Latin America, Mid East, Asia, CIS. and then undertake team-leader position for Adidas and Uniqlo buyer ~2 years.

• Ensured compliance with international rules and regulations.

• Functioned with expert level proficiency in daily operations, and addressed any challenges with optimism and drive.

• Lead a high performance team, dedicated to complying with rules and regulations.

• Weekly report to sales HQ team and logistics manager.

• Build and share some tips about how to handle shipments smoothly to team.
