a. Recruitment and database management:
- Provide work devices and tool preparations for newcomers.
- Create code on system for new employees.
- Support team in recruitment process: CV screening, job posting.
- Schedule interview and sending out interview results.
- Handling administrative tasks: updating candidate information in to system, creating contracts,
manage personnel documents.
- Guidance of company regulations for new employees.
- Keep track and maintain HR database for all employee record.
- Process related HR payments according to company's procedure and system.
- Manage and issue medical and health insurance cards.
b. C&B and PIT tasks:
- Monitor social insurance payments.
- Monitor and ensure all updates regarding social insurance are timely and correct.
- Liaise with PIT authorities and Social Insurance agency for registering family deduction and
social insurance books.
- Handle and ensure accuracy payroll processing and timely salary payment.
- Make quarterly PIT reports.
- Prepare documents to register enterprise's social insurances.
c. Other admin tasks:

2. HR-ADMIN STAFF - Sino Pacific Construction Consultancy
a/ Recruitment & database management:
- Check recruitment request, process recruitment.
- Create code on system for new employees.
- Prepare recruitment report as requested.
- Handling administrative tasks: updating candidate information in to system, creating contracts,
manage candidate records.
- Review the attendance record and make sure the record complies with company's policy in
working time and leave.
- Input and manage all kind of leave record by hard and soft copies in compliance with company
regulation.
b/ Payroll & PIT:
- Ensures payroll is completely accurately and processed in a timely manner.
- Provides monthly payslip and responds to all employees' enquiries regarding payroll and
benefits.
- Manage the registration of PIT code for new employees and request for the declaration of
employee's dependent (if any).
- Support in PIT finalization on a yearly basis.
c/ Social Insurance (SHUI) and Premium healthcare:
- Monitor and ensure all updates regarding social insurance are timely and correct.
- Follow up monthly SHUI calculation, declaration and payment with payroll and SHUI report.
- Monitor PTI health insurance including participation, terminations, and any other updates
- Timely administers insurance claims (for medical treatment, maternity, accidents, ...)
Others:
- Frequently update new laws and regulations related to HR (employee benefits, PIT, overtime ...)
- Other adhoc tasks as assigned by line managers.
3. RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN Toll Global Logistics
- Welcome and guide clients to the approriate person.
- Manage swichboard as company regulations.
- Manage booking of meeting rooms.
- Receive the oficial correspondence, mail, fax, documents and transfer timely as required.
- Update in-out correspondence book.
- Purchase and supply of stationery, water, paper as always fullfilled.
