- Analyze the architect's drawings and provide the most effective and cost-effective solutions and specifications for the building's elevator system.

- Prepare layout drawings (elevators, escalators, freight transport...) to advise the construction party to avoid future costs or serve as a basis for signing a contract (if any).

- Survey the site, check dimensions, meet with relevant units and resolve when problems arise.

- Supervise and advise the elevator pit before and after handing over the elevator pit to the installation unit to avoid problems of failure to install. 

- Order, exchange, and confirm specifications through the factory before signing an official contract.

- Support and coordinate with the architect to calculate and select elevators, and escalators... suitable for the functions and purposes of the building

- Support the sales team to meet with customers to advise and provide solutions, helping customers to be satisfied before proceeding to the next stag
