GS25 is one of the largest convenience store chains in Korea. Vietnam is the first market of GS25 in foreign markets. Up to now,
there have been more than 200 stores, ranked 2nd in terms of coverage and in the process of expanding business across
provinces and cities in Vietnam.

Sourcing
Source 250+ qualified candidates by posting, actively searching, sending recruitment emails through social networks
(Facebook, Zalo...) and job sites (TopCV, Vieclam24h, Timviecnhanh...).
Optimize free recruitment channels through 200+ Facebook groups by creating attractive job posts and statistics on the
approval rate of each group.
Recruitment
Analyze and make specific plans to achieve monthly recruitment requests (average 20+ headcounts).
Work closely with nearly 10 Hiring Managers (Area Manager) to understand the store’s current operation and have
appropriate solutions.
Handle full-cycle recruiting including CVs scanning, phone screening, interview, job offer, scheduling training and
onboarding for 50+ candidates.
Track and prepare reports to optimize conversion rates in each stage, ensure a high job offer acceptance rate of over 80%.
Maintain 3000+ qualified candidate databases via Applicant Tracking System to build potential talent pools to adapt the
company growth rate.
Employer Branding
Handle recruitment and communication posts on fanpage, which increase 2000 fanpage likes and have a post reach up to
80000+ reaches.
Take care and interact with candidates on fanpage by automatic message, keeping the response rate above 90%.
Organize and participate in internal and external job fairs (The latest job fair at HUFI attracted 100+ students to participate
in minigames).
Actively participate in and support to organize employee engagement activities with the HR department.
