• Perform tasks related to compensation & benefits:
• Update employees’ profile as required before employee starts
working.
• Compose offer letters, probation contract for employee to sign
before starting work
• Check employee attendance record to match with the time clock
machine’s data on cadena system for the correctly payment.
• Calculate the Casual labor and partimer's payroll, pay slips and
monitor the transfer of staff salaries on time.
• Follow up weekly day off and annual leave of each employee,
monthly update for departments to schedule days off for their
employees.
• Register tax code for each individual if the workers haven’t had
tax code.
• Monitor and inform the department to evaluate annual employee
performances in re-signing the labor contract.

• Compose the decision on increasing salary for employee and
submit BOD’s signature.
• Update all candidates’ profiles, information on wages, benefits
to the master file to track.

• Arrange administrative works before the new employee on
board: workplace, office equipment, meals, parking, uniforms,
locker, name card, etc...
• Receive requests of ordering name cards from the department,
coordinate with marketing in designing and work with suppliers
to print.
