- The main task is recruiting new sales staffs for Circle K's store in District 1 (Mass Recruiting) by phoning interview and face-to-face interview.
- Interview old company's sales staff when they get the promotion.
- Help HR team to find CV and phoning interview back office position.
- Create the candidate source by posting job and finding applicants on the internet and by google form.
- Make a seasonal recruiting plan with Recruiter team
