Recruitment Supervisor

- The main task is recruiting new sales staffs for Circle K's store in District 1 (Mass Recruiting) by phoning interview and face-to-face interview.

- Interview old company's sales staff when they get the promotion.

- Help HR team to find CV and phoning interview back office position.

- Create the candidate source by posting job and finding applicants on the internet and by google form.

- Make a seasonal recruiting plan with Recruiter team

- Make a daily report about the number of candidates interviewed, weekly report

- the interview's situation of one week, show how many passed staffs transferred to the training course and the missing number of staff, monthly report

- describe the situation of whole month for OM (Operation Manager)

- Create a content and design pictures for posting job on Facebook fanpage, And reply the candidates' questions about the job.

- Do some Employer Branding task like prepare and join Circle K's career fair and University's Job Fair to increase the candidate source.
