Business Analyst/QC Lead

Main responsibilities:

- Define system functionalities

- Design wireframe/Mock-ups using Figma and Mock-up tool

- Consultant and solutions for customer - Working closely with client/PO to clarify and analyze the requirements

- Building and apply agile model for the whole project

- Define features, Use cases, Acceptant Criteria, workflow by using UML model

- Training agile, SDLC,STLC - Conduct requirements transfer

- Design test cases

- Management team QC

- Test plan/ Test Strategy - Assist to ensure quality before product demonstration - Report issues on Jira - Support end-users during UAT (User Acceptance Test)

- Conduct Demo

- Conduct Scrum meetings (Backlog refinement, Grooming meeting, spring planning)

- Work closely with Designers/QC/Dev helping ensure the logic and requirements are correct and delivery Achievements and Gains:
