KEY CAPSTONE:
Acted as a digital marketing consultant, I managed and served Google Ad for many strategic Vietnamese clients (about 300 companies (SME) for each quarter), as a trusted consultant for advertisers, supported advertisers on different issues, persuaded advertisers to follow Google Ads’s directions and sought opportunities to increase revenues.
- Sent the emails and made outbound calls to advertisers, to gave consultations or arranged consultation meeting, while maintained professionalism when communicate which clients. Learned how to finding contact point, engaging clients, by email or cold-calling.
- Understood the advertiser’s needs and objectives. Suggested marketing strategy for the account that aligned with these objectives. Learned how to listen and understand client's business nature, business and marketing objective, to present the suitable solutions.
- Supported advertisers in managing, optimizing and developing advertising accounts, campaigns, such as ads copy, keywords, targeting.
- Worked with involved internal departments like support team, technical team to assist advertiser in solving issues relating to accounts, websites etc.
- Persuaded and supported advertisers to implement new technologies and features like website tracking, Google Analytics. Learned how to educate and persuade advertiser to apply new features, knowledges about website tracking, Google Analytics.
- Persuaded and supported advertisers in create and implement new campaign types, biddings. Learned about different campaign types and biddings in Google Ads, how to measure campaign success.
- Found and utilized opportunities for up-sale. Pushed overall spending of all companies assigned to meet quarter’s KPI. Learned how capture and transform opportunities from client, to increase the spending.
- Kept track of overall performances and condition of all the companies assigned. Gave forecasts for next quarter. Learned how to managed a large number of companies, by extract data and analyze into report, dealing with issues (eg. drop in spending).
Highligted Achievements:
- Achieved the revenue KPI +110% during 3 consecutive quarters.
- Successfully reached and managed on average 40% of companies assigned, to followed guidelines and achieved various tasks given by Google, such as web tracking install properly, try and apply new features focused by Google Ads, and maintain a certain spending amount.
- Drive the adoption’s rate for focused features by Google Ads (Pmax and Display campaign) to average 20% of companies assigned.
- Successfully manage 3 key clients, which contribute to 400K USD during Q3 – 2022. § Help clients saved advertising cost by optimizing campaign and cut-down unnecessary features to 40%.

As a marketing staff, I provided consultation, found and connected local Vietnamese distributors to SME Korean suppliers, who want to enter Vietnamese market (similar to KOTRA).
- Built market report about trends, competitors, opportunities and threats in Vietnamese market. Learned how to research data about market, industry, tax, import regulation and other insights.
- Seek potential Vietnamese distributors (B2B, B2C distributors), made phone call, sent email to introduce about new Korean products assigned, and then convinced them to join business meetings/exhibitions with Korean companies for further long-term cooperation.
