- Be the first point of control of all departments’ implementation of HR procedures.

- Be in charge of an Upcoming Brand's recruitment: Sale Advisors, Cashier & Back-office recruitment: Trainee positions.

- Support on recruitment activities including CV scanning, telephone interviewing, job fair preparation, on-boarding materials preparation, training course, job vacancies periodically announcement.

- In charge of tracking & following up Contracts & Employees records.

- Support on revise and review HR process, procedures.

- In charge other Administration tasks including mailing, equipment inventory, booking room, payment, requests, stationer,...)

- Print Employee ID Card & Request for Staff code, Email, Laptop and Parking Card.

2. Online English Teacher | Kyna English (Kyna Pte. Ltd.)

- Teach English for kids and adults based on lecture slides provided by Kyna.

- Clear up queries after a lecture

. - Monitor and evaluate students' performance and progress in class.

3. Recruiment Intern | Giaohangtietkiem.,JSC

- Source and attract candidates by using various channels.

- Successfully recruit 25 office workers and 30 unskilled workers.

- Deploy recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, phone interviews, arrange interviews, etc.).

- Regularly create recruiting content and collaborate with team leader to implement the employer branding strategy on company's TikTok (5 out of 10 clips went viral).
