Ensure all HR operation are at the most effectiveness; maintain, implement and develop most practicable HR management in compliance with Company & employee benefits coporationwide.
General issues
- Manage HRD internally and externally, ensuring staffs comply with the company’s regulations, policies and procedures in terms with local and government law
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale
- Develop and implement company regulations, policies, procedures, practices and recommend any changes, modify or update to the management in terms of Vietnamese laws.

- Make recruitment plans according to the needs of hiring departments
- Manage the hiring process including smooth onboard and effective integration into the team/company
- Analyze company’s manpower requirements in order to recommend on selection and development activities to meet requirements
- Source candidates via referrals, networking, internet searches, communities and traditional job advertisement channels…
- Screen, interview, evaluate candidates and provides counseling to managers on candidate selection to fulfill vacancies
- Verify and qualify candidates after the 1st interview round to meet the needs of hiring departments
- Manage hiring process for key positions, transaction to outsourced and freelancer services
- Be responsible for expats hiring and labor transaction
- Manage the recruiting and staff developing strategy for the company

2. HR Superviso - Dalat Hasfarm Ltd
Responsible for working alongside operational managers to ensure all HR activities are carried out to the highest standard.
- Maintain labor & employee relation o Monitor labor disciplines in terms of current labor laws
- Hand over contract signing, termination procedures in terms of current labor law
- Plan and re-innovate Occupational Safety & Hygiene strategies
- Quarterly inspection in company’s locations for labor safety and relation
- Organize Safety training to newcomers & to current employee; manage training supporting fund from the government
- Update and suggest plan for latest related laws
3. HR Specialit - Khoa Thuong Biotechnology Ltd.
Promoted to fulfill a broad range of HR functions, including recruiting and training employees, administering benefits, overseeing disciplinary action & managing HR records.
