• Drive and effectively manage the affiliate marketing channel’s performance in Vietnam to meet and exceed sales targets
• Promote and develop affiliate program
• Search and connect new affiliates
• Maintain and develop relationships with current affiliates (direct and affiliate-networks)
• Manage affiliate campaigns, ensuring campaigns are kept within budget and sales targets are achieved
• Manage the affiliate budget, including commissions and budget spend
• Oversee all affiliate campaigns
• Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management
• Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme
• Develop the affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume
• Analyse campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI (together with BA)
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and monthly closing by affiliate networks and affiliates
• Drive and coordinate creative content preparation for the affiliate channel

• Develop the communication plan, copywriting for whole channels (company & products)
• In charge to manage and update documents for company's projects
• Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly

• Plan and implement advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
• Cooperate with in-house or external agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures, POSM and adverts, photo shoots, videos
