1. REALME VIET NAM - Trade Marketing Manager Assistant (May 2023 - Present) Responsibilities: 

-  Working with nearly 50 business employees in the South to deploy the company's image campaigns to over 1000 retail stores in various retail chains (thegioididong, FPT, Viettel Store, CellphoneS,...)

- Implementing and managing the launch campaign for the company's new product (budget over 1 billion VND per year).

- Ensured high-quality displays and promotional materials (POSM) at retail stores.

- Managed inventory of materials and POSM.

- Handled documentation and accounts receivable. => Carried out campaigns: launching a new product Offline events (realme C55, realme 11, realme C53), Back to school 2023 Offline campaign.

2. GOJEK - Sales Team Leader - Responsibilities: 

- Lead a Field Sales team of 5 members: plan the strategy and assign goals to team members; manage and maintain high productivity, work discipline and attitudes.

- Approach and negotiate with top FnB brands (BoBaBop, Sukiya, etc.) for converting to Gojek’s strategic partners.

- Report weekly/monthly outcomes to Sales Manager. Outcomes: Completed the acquistion of 25,000 outlets for Gojek in 2022

3. M_SERVICES JSC (MOMO E-WALLET) - Sales Executive 

Responsibilities:

- Expand the market dominance for MOMO E-wallet, focusing on top brands.

- Acquire new merchants for the company and ensure the higher revenue streams.

- Market analysis and report results back to the department leader.

- Handle merchant's risks and problems. Outcomes: completed 120% annual KPI (No. of merchants acquired, revenues, etc.)

4. TRANCOSMOS LTD. (SONY PROJECT) - Technical Support - Responsibilities: 

-  Introduce and persuade customers upon SONY promotions to boost sales volume.

- Receive and support SONY customers with technical errors.

- Distribute customer requests to the support center.

5. MOBIFONE JSC. - Customer Service 

-  Support customers to fix technical issue during service use.
