As the Optimization & Growth Manager, your objective is to grow the sales and the awareness of Maison’s ecommerce platform in Vietnam, as well as to grow revenues coming from performance and paid channels, while optimizing return on investment metrics to their fullest.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Results measurement

Results for this position are measured in

- Revenue in absolute value by channel

- Year on year growth by channel

- Gross profits growth and ability to drive sales with few promotion incentives

- Churn rate

- Site traffic by channel

- New visitor & returning visitor

- Customer acquisition

- Conversion rate on Maison Online

2. Responsibilities

2.1. Optimize customer touchpoints, browsing, and funnel to maximize onsite traffic, conversion, and satisfaction for Maison Online

- Master onsite and search analytics tools (Google Analytics, heatmaps, funnels, etc.) to monitor customer touchpoints, browsing, and funnel on Maison Online

- Drive onsite recommendations, liaise with IT & service provider to implement UI/UX, technical, and content changes that will improve the conversion funnel, and ultimately the conversion rate

- Drive onsite improvement plans with IT & service provider to ensure high SEO, performance, and mobility scores at all times to improve both conversion rate and organic rankings

- Be the product owner and point of contact to implement requirements from marketing, IT, CS, and marketing agencies initiatives to improve traffic, conversion, and satisfaction (namely SEO, site redesign, performance marketing)

2.2. Optimize customer touch points and browsing on Ecommerce marketplaces to maximize onsite traffic, conversion, and satisfaction

- Customer touchpoints refer to, but are not limited to, product pages, shop in shops, customer engagement, and chat

- Master all traffic-generating mechanisms provided by the platforms and define the most appropriate use cases (hero images, shop modules, campaign tool, CEM, feed, search, browse, etc.)

- Measure and optimize key on site merchandising drivers (top search keywords, SEO, SEM)

- Use data, analytics, and best practices to measure PDP, SIS performance metrics; then drive the solutions (SIS CTR, product bounce rate, chat guided revenue)

- Balance client objectives with business objectives, advocate client without sacrificing business needs

- Execute quality control processes to Ensure product detail pages, shop in shops are thorough, accurate, and up-to-date

- Develop scalable solutions and advocate for automation where appropriate

2.3. Accountable for all campaigns on websites & marketplaces

- Propose campaigns on all platforms.

- Work cross functionality to ensure proper review and adjustments for project execution

- Delivers timely, professional support and information to key stakeholders as needed

- Proactively identify risks to process of any of campaign execution and seeks resolution as needed

- Own creative delivery process: communicate checklist, asset requirement and set proper expectation to design team

- Represent the voice of brand internally to design team

- Recognized as being skilled relationship managers with both brand principals and internal brand team

2.4. Accountable for inventory planning

- Propose inventory replenishment to brand team to fulfill stock to Ecommerce warehouse

- Analyze key products/best sellers/ seasonal products to improve brand procurement and inventory allocation for Maison Online

- Ensure inventory availability before launching campaigns

2.5. Team management & development

- Train and mentor other team members: Design team, Content team & Product team

- Establish team culture that aligns with leadership principles

- Support the development of new hires and peers by sharing best practices.

- Attract talent and make the right hiring decision

2.6. Other tasks assigned by Head of Ecommerce

- Participate in new projects to fuel Ecommerce revenue growth

- Support other team members if needed to ensure achievement of KPIs under Ecommerce department.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience with proven working experience in similar role

- Experience in Campaign Marketing/ Promotion/ Online Marketing for e-commerce

- Excellent ability to analyze data and propose commercial objectives

- Knowledgeable of analytical tools for funnel and search measurement (Google Analytics, MixPanel, HotJar, ContentSquare, etc.)

- An understanding of e-Commerce UX, content and development projects, and intuitive knowledge of how users interact and shop in a digital environment

- Able to lead a team and drive new processes for efficiency

- Proven (content) team management experience. Able to build a team, help it perform and foster a positive team culture

- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities effectively

- Fluent in Vietnamese, proficient in English

- Flexible & collaborative attitude, excited about a fast-paced start-up environment

- Ability to conceptualize ideas and create processes, tools & templates independently

- Ideally Ecommerce experience or at least strong knowledge & understanding
