- Monitoring the mass production process of Team A, which currently consists of 5 members including 2 sales representatives, 2 sales assistants, and 1 process audit business engineer.
- Monitoring and implement the overall production plan and shipping plan for Team A.
- Managing day-to-day performance of Team A department.
- Improving customer retention, staying in touch with customers and tackling customers’ enquiries about products and services efficiently, as well as video conference if necessary.
- Fluent English and Chinese.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced working environment.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and verbal & written communication skills.

- Chinese certificates ranging from 600,000 - 2,500,000 VNĐ (HSK 3 – HSK 6).
