- Take responsible for 9 flagship Store store in HCM, Bien Hoa, Phan Thiet and Da Lat.
- Make a plan for growth of the revenue to gain the target monthly.
- Report the transaction count in the current stores.
- Report the transaction average to improve sales in the current stores.
- Make the AOP (annual operating plan) for the next year based on historical data in the whole area.
- Do audit the quality of the stores based on 2 criteria including checklist store and balance scorecard of QA/AC.
- Prepare the new opening store including staffing needs, guide staff, follow up a the construction team's progress,
- Report expenses of the store via 2 indicators Capex (capital expenditure) and Opex (operating expenditure) in PnL.
- Ensure 4 criteria QSCE (Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Environment) in the current stores.
Finance and accounting team
- Do control PnL (profit and loss) to increase EBITDA indicators
- Review and explain expenses including COGS (cost of goods sold), COL (cost of labor), packaging, public, maintenance, administration.
Marketing team
- Report product mix for MKT team to propose campaign. Research and development
(R&D) team
- Test new opening product to give development product. Training and development (T&D) team
- Cross-check store basics and management from the
T&D team. Procurement team
- Follow up timeline for goods, and packaging for the current stores.
- Push-up process pieces of equipment and small ware for the store opening soon.
- Discuss original cost to decrease COGS optimal operation expense.
