Handle payment processing such as PR, PO, and GR for company expenses in 3 different locations; work closely with

Maintain and update departmental record and tracking systems ensuring accuracy and validity of information; retrieve information from systems when needed.
• Manage procurement for office operations incl., supplier setup, vendor contracts, payment, etc.
• Prepare payment requests, purchase orders, and scan invoices. Assist accounts payable in obtaining and providing the necessary documents for the office’s payment.

• Support in organizing internal and external events (outsourced agencies, attendees list, invitation letters, RSVP, materials, agenda, entertainment, etc.): budgets ranging from $800 to $12,000, events with 25 to 200 attendees, and attendees of professionally diverse groups, led to 100% event success.
• Work with the MKT department for promotion approvals, final artworks, etc., and local vendors for promotional items production (banners, standees, backdrop, brochures, etc.) including quotations, contracts, etc.
• Translate, proofread, and arrange external translation of a variety of material, particularly formal legal, admin and marketing documents, prepared by other employees and contractors, from Vietnamese into English and vice versa
