Mô tả công việc
- Propose to Unit Head of Financial Institutions Relationship the plan on targeting, connecting the potential partners/investors and implementing loans with partners/investors
- Reponsible for executed the loan on time, ensure the liquidity of company by executing tasks: Review and negotiate agreement terms such as interest rate and others term, complete required documents in order successfully draw down loans
- In charge of due diligent process of Financial institution, ensure provide reasonable information to successfully establish the credit limit
- Collect information from financial institution to propose appropriate lines
- Support Unit Head of Financial Institutions Relationship in training staffs
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Unit Head of Financial Institutions Relationship
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or any relevant fields
- Hold relevant certifications, e.g. CFA, CPA, ACCA or MBA is a plus
- At least 04 years’ experience working in Banks or Finance Companies (Treasury, Investment Banking, ALM)
- Experience in the preparation of financial schedules
- Experience in presenting and preparing proposals to recommend new products/service
- Good oral & written communication skilsl in Vietnamese & English
- Analytical/ Decision making skills
- Problem solving skillsTime management skills
